Located in a privileged location between Melides and Carvalhal, the House offers the best of the Alentejo coast just a few minutes away. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the unspoiled beaches of Aberta Nova and Galé. It is also 10 minutes from Melides, 15 minutes from Carvalhal and 25 minutes from Comporta – areas known for their natural landscapes and excellent gastronomic offer, from relaxed bars with boho charm to sophisticated beach restaurants.
The house consists of a large entrance hall that leads to a spacious open space kitchen, integrated with the dining and living room. A staircase leads to a cosy mezzanine, ideal as a TV and lounge area, overlooking the main social area.
It has 3 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and a 4th bedroom designed for children, with bunk beds, connection to a playroom and a large dedicated bathroom.
Almost every room in the house has direct access to private terraces or outdoor areas, with stunning views of the pool or the typical Alentejo landscape, punctuated by cork oaks and pine trees. At the top, a spacious rooftop terrace stands out, perfect for sunrise yoga sessions or to enjoy an aperitif on summer evenings before lighting up the barbecue.
The pool, 17 meters long and heated, is elegant and surrounded by an inviting lounge area, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day.
The House is also prepared for the colder months, equipped with underfloor heating throughout the house and a fireplace that ensures comfort and a cozy atmosphere in winter.
